In accordance with Ontario law, you must be 19 years of age or older to enter Your Highness Cannabis, browse our menu, or place an order.
We require valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's License, Passport, Ontario Photo Card, or Canadian Armed Forces ID). Please note that physical ID is required—digital photos or photocopies cannot be accepted.
Under Health Canada regulations, the legal public possession limit per adult is 30 grams of dried cannabis (or its legal equivalent in other formats).
Equivalencies include:
Edibles: 450 g (solid) or 2,250 g (liquid).
Vapes & Concentrates: 7.5 g.
Topicals / Oils: 30 g.

Unopened Accessories: Non-cannabis items (glassware, grinders, accessories) can be returned unused within 14 days.
